You can have a mini website that offer some information about your network marketing business, then offer a free gift like a free report, free e-book or a newsletter and capture you visitor information.

Some people find it hard to do so, because in the first glance, you will need a hosting account, auto responder account, capture page  creation tool. and how to put them together in your page.
