Net work marketing business is a referral agent business, you main job here is to generate network marketing leads to your opportunities and programs.

But how can we do that effectively, we want to build our online business and grow the income we are generating to it's maximum level. We want to build a downline of hard working members who will duplicate our success and build their own network and generate leads for their network business.

You cannot teach what you don't know, and you cannot give what you don't have!

Network Marketing business is YOU centric, and that's very important, especially on the Internet.  Network marketers perform only ONE single aspect in the direct sales industry. They refer people. That's your only job. You refer prospects. You are a referral agent. You're not a salesperson. You're not a merchant.

As I said earlier you cannot give what you don't have, and if I want to show you how to generate leads to your network marketing business, I must have done it myself and found it effective. There are people who claim they know how, they know the secrets and they can show you how with their $20 report.

Believe me, if they are saying the truth they will never need to sell a report, if you could generate network marketing leads to a powerful network opportunity you will be making a huge income, and you will never need to sell anything or do anything else. 

The picture shows you when I focused in marketing MyWorldPlus network marketing opportunity, in one day I managed to generate up to 40 prospects. And that because I learned one SECRET of network marketing.

The secret was, "There is no secrets with network marketing", there is however one very important aspect, "learn what successful network marketers are doing and try to do better".

How to generate network marketing leads?

I will show you here exactly how we generate leads for our network marketing opportunities, and if you follow these step carefully you can generate leads for any program you work with. There are however 2 categories of market we need to go for, The "worm market" and the "cold market".

If you are in network marketing business for some time you have probably heard it before, you can generate leads fast by targeting your worm market. but the definition of worm market was not clear. So let's clear it out:

Worm market is indicating all people you know or have access to, your friends, coworker relatives and so on, but it does not end their. I will explain later but first let's focus on this first circle

90% of network marketers hate to tell their friends, and people they know about their programs, for different reasons, and we all can understand it but it is a mistake.

When I first joined network marketing, my upline told me to show it to all people I know, I did not liked the idea so I ignored it, but few months later one guy I new called me and asked me to meet him, he joined a network marketing program and he wanted to tell me about it, All the time he was talking about what is network marketing and how can I make money with it, I was smiling but did not interrupt him, it was a great opportunity to learn from this guy, he was very exited, very confident and very serious; he was a friend of mine who was introduced to network marketing very lately and he knew he can work it. At the end I told him that I was working with network marketing,  and I want to work with him but first we need to chose one program that is the best for us and work it together, but because he was the one to initiate this meeting he will be the upline, that was fare.

He was the first lead I lost, and he is a working machine.

So even if you hate to introduce your first circle of people you know to your network business, at least let them know about it, let them know you are doing it, and ask for opinions and ideas.

Here is what you will get:

Most of them will reject the idea, and try to convince you to leave this kind of "things", because most of us were educated that we only get paid for actual physical work we do. Others may like the idea but will hate to show any weakness in front of you. Remember it's never the program, or the opportunity that matter, it is how you present your offer. If you are not sure it will help them, assist them in any way, don't do it. The main focus in your presentation  need to be how you can help them, how can your opportunity help them, It is always "what are you giving" not "what are you taking".

This first circle may not be interested in your opportunity, but they will be interested in helping you, when they realize that you are building a business with network marketing, and you are very serious in making it work, they will admire you determination and will offer their help. The can give you names and contacts of others they know, but you don't, they way you could build a list of prospects that could be interested in your business. Each list you contact could build you hundreds of other lists.

When some one say no, to being part of your business, it does not mean they mean no to helping you with your business. People you know, and they know you will be more than happy to help you with your business.

So "warm market" is very important, but it's about how you approach them.

Now the cold market. And those are people you don't know but you want to reach them and get them to join your opportunity.

How to generate network marketing leads on the internet?

Generating lead on the internet is the fuel of your network marketing business, and her are some ideas how you can reach leads and make them join your business:

But first you need to consider having a website where you can describe your network marketing opportunities and maybe give your audience more than one option. Having a website is like inviting other to a meeting in your office, where you can face to face talk to your audience and explain your business.

 1. Social networking, The idea of social network sites is to give the opportunity to people to socialize online. This is an opportunity  for every one to know more people from around the world. And the more people you know the more leads you can get.

You will find that all webmasters are using this great opportunity to promote their websites one way or another, it helps them to generate links back to their sites, and traffic, it also can generate sales, direct or affiliate sales.

People who hang in the social network, already have access to the internet, knowledge on how to use internet, and friend on the internet. Those are the best leads for any online business any one can have, and it will be a huge mistake not to get your share from this great FREE opportunity.

Your own website, and free search engines traffic, here I want to give you an example, Go to Google and search for "home business opportunities", This search term has an approximate 200 searches per month, and if you can have a page listed on the first 3 results pages, you can have at least 100 prospects per month for free from the search engines, then you focus on another search term that have less searches per month with fewer results, and go on and on. But how?

Look for long tail keywords that have at least 20 searches per month, Use Google adwards to find these keywords, Find your best keyword, use it as a title tag of your page, use it also as the name of the page, use it in the description and keywords tags, write about it in the content and connect this keyword to your network opportunity.

For example, My best best network opportunity Is MyWorldPlus, but instead of targeting the "make money" aspect of the opportunity I target the product advantages, so I look for keywords related to "saving money", "cash back", "shopping discount"; then I build a page and target one of the long tail keywords.

After building the page I need it to get indexed by the search engines, the best way to do so is by bookmarking the page with several bookmarking sites.

Now I want to increase the page rank of this page, and the best way is to submit articles with links back directly to that page, also use your keyword in the anchor text when linking to that page. 3. Buying leads, it will be hard, really hard, to find a legitimate effective lead generation service, I had tried almost all the popular ones, and ended up with only one that I can say they supply 50% of what the claim to.

3.1 Cash Expand, Rachel is a will known network marketer, she is the top referral with all the programs she is member in. But the fact that she can have referrals for her business does not in any way means she can do any good for you. I have noticed that she is sharing those leads. if you purchase 100 leads from her, she will supply very fast (10 leads every day) and she will give you a 2 month follow up period, after that she will try to follow up with those leads herself, for her business. if you fail to follow up with those leads and make them join your opportunity, in the first 2 month you will lose them to her afterward.

Another problem with this program is the customer support, she don't have any back office for members to see their orders. All the orders are managed and supplied by a human, who will make too many mistakes. My first order was managed by "LISA", and she did not supply me with any leads, then after contacting her with my order details she provided the leads, the next month I wanted more leads for different programs, But she could not manage my ordered correctly, until I contacted her a again.

Why I am working with them? I like the leads they provide, If you successfully follow up with those leads you can convert up to 20% of them to paying members in your downline. But you need to know who is managing your offer and keep contacting him/her directly in order to get exactly what you need. And don't put more than one order with them, and when you want to change the opportunity you are promoting, cancel the past order directly from your PayPal account then place a new order.

3.2. 2X2 Prosperity Formula, This is a network marketing opportunity, and has a different products for it's members. One of those products are the monthly leads package, it is a good choice because you can build any downline you require with one network marketing program, and it is also a good choice because you can recommend it to all your members, as a way to build their own downline. The leads are supplied automatically to your back office (member area) to download, and follow up with them, they are good leads generated by online and offline advertising co op.

3.3. Pay Per Click Advertizing. I have told you earlier that the best leads are those who go to the search engines and look for ways and ideas to make money online, or building an online home business. And if you cannot put your pages in front of them organically, you can have your page get their as a paid inclusion, the ads that Google shows in the right side bare. That mean to open an account with Google adwards or yahoo search marketplace and bid for keywords.

Articles are one of the best ways to generate traffic to any webpage, Write about your business and submit your articles to article directories, blogs and any other websites you can. You can do it free, using a free service such as  Free Traffic System, or manually going to the major article directories and submit your article, or you can use a low cost effective service such as  Unique article wizard

5. Co Op Advertizing, Co Op means that some webmasters join efforts to advertise big with a little cost share for each. If you can connect with other webmasters and build your own co op, it will be great, then the whole cost of advertising and the results will divided equally between al webmasters.

Other good co op that you can be part with is the SFI co op, join SFI Marketing Group, and join their co op, this co op can generate up to 1300 leads per day, they are highly converted to network marketing opportunities.  

Follow Up with your leads, All what we have discussed earlier are ways to generate prospects to your business, but prospects are not what we look for, we need to convert those prospects to leads and paid members in our downline, and the only way to do so is by follow up with your prospects.

Normally it takes a normal interested human to join a program or opportunity an exposure of at least 6 times to the opportunity.

But to follow up effectively, you need to sell your self not the opportunity, the prospect need to be convinced that he is dealing with an honest person not a salesman. So give, give and give, the more you give your prospects the more you convert.

But you need to do it in an automated way, So you need to upload your contacts to an auto responder then they will receive an automated follow up messages, You can have an auto responder like

GetResponse  or Imedia marketing tools
